Expect Services

We provide a range of support services from outreach support to residential services. We're proud of our 'Family of Services' which ensure people get the support they require.

Services

Here at Expect we operate a ‘Family of Services’ approach.

This means that people accessing any of the Charity’s services are also eligible to benefit from any of its other services,
thus keeping the individual and their needs at the centre of what we aim to achieve.

Services

Outreach

Expect’s Outreach and domiciliary service offers support to vulnerable people living in their own homes who need assistance, guidance, supervision and motivation in aspects of their daily living.

Support Living

Expect’s Supported Living schemes offer services designed to enable people to live as independently as possible in homes and communities of their choice.

Residential

We operate four, small registered care homes for people who are considered not to have capacity to manage their own tenancy and are in need of 24 hour support and supervision. We offer a high standard of support in safe and homely settings.

Day Services

Expect’s Bowersdale Resource Day Centre is for individuals who need mental health support. We provide a safe space were individuals are able to drop in for a chat or take part in our structured activity sessions. We provide support, advice and guidance and are able to sign-post individuals as necessary.

Funding

Packages can be funded in a variety of ways; commissioned services from a CCG/Local Authority, Direct Payments/ Self Directed Budgets and/ or private funding. If you would like to discuss this in person please contact us via the contact page.
