After so much uncertainty, change and worries about education, health, exams and not seeing friends and loved ones for extended periods throughout the Covid 19 pandemic, young people have been through a lot lately.
As we emerge from the Pandemic it is important that we focus on how young people can manage their mental health.
How has the pandemic affected our children and young people? What impact has it had on their friendships, schooling and overall mental health? As adults, are we checking in, reading the signs or asking the right questions?
Youth Mental Health day 2021 is urging adults everywhere to listen and commit to the mental health concerns of young people and encouraging young people to speak up about their mental health and concerns they may have.
