Our service users and staff from the BRC had fun on a grand day out in Blackpool recently, enjoying the sights and sounds of the beach and seafront as well as local attractions the Sea Life Aquarium and Arcades. They even mingled with pop stars and celebrities at Madame Tussauds! Everyone really enjoyed the day from the moment the coach turned up.
For some of our service users, it was a first time visit to Blackpool and the furthest many had travelled since before co-vid. The trip was a great success with everyone looking forward to more days out in the future. Maybe even a return trip to Blackpool in 2024.
Next time, make sure to bring us back some sticks of rock!
